	Sardolf has recently become of an age to start an apprenticeship (412). Refusing his Mother an offer to be "brought" into the family business, he gathered a small number of his possessions and set out from his home. Sardolf hasn't exhibited the much magical ability like most of his family. He's been seen hanging around the temples, listening to lectures and helping clean horses and armor for Paladins.

	After attending a jousting championship in Therengia, Sardolf began talking with [[Hebion]] on occasion. After some time he was accepted as a squire but was released from his oaths a year later following differences between Hebion and the Paladin Council. Sardolf was taken up by a local Paladin in The Crossing to continue his training.
