			==Retreat Penalty==
			Each time an attempt is made to retreat within a short period of time, an additional attack penalty is added. This is to prevent endless ranged attacks on a person who is attempting to close to melee. Eventually the penalties will become so severe that landing a hit is impossible. This encourages use of retreating to get out of combat rather than mechanics abuse within combat.

			Use the [[assess command]] to check if you have a retreat penalty. If yes then you'll see ''You appear to be having difficulty targeting melee and ranged attacks.'' message.
