 Simutronics staff can replace your character if you choose to reroll and then decide you want your old character back.  In general, rerolling is seen as PERMANENT, and all items lost from it are likewise seen as irreplaceable.  However, if you DO decide that you want your old character back, Simutronics offers [[News_5_26_-_New_character_restoral_policy|Character Restorals]] for a [[Accounts|fee]].  For a deposit to begin the investigation and an additional fee of to deliver the restored character to your account.  This option is as easy as emailing Feedback at with their email address found under the verb {{com|EMAIL}}.
