|p=That&amp;#039;s actually working as intended. When you cast the spell at a target, the area mechanics start sorting out which other targets to hit. Any targets that are hit before the intended target get a &amp;#039;whoosh&amp;#039; single strike. The intended target gets a whoosh or a exploding hit. And any targets that remain after the main target is hit get hit with shrapnel.&lt;br /&gt;
