At the 50% mark, you flip over to being {{PRel|Perverse}} and all the crazy stuff begins happening. Nothing worse happens if you hit 100%, except that it takes that much longer to dip down below 50% again. SO is measured in days / weeks. In addition to this, there is a short-term get-the-hell-out-of-Dodge effect, measured in hours, where if you do something bad regardless of the SO state you need to keep your head down for a bit.
