Because {{PRel|Ignite}} tends to be used to bonus something that is at 0, the strength of the bonus improves based on the highest damage rating of the weapon. {{PRel|Rutilor&#039;s_Edge|RuE}} gives a bonus to damage types that are already present, and assumed to be worthwhile, so the amount of the buff lessens based on how high the present damage type is.
