Field experience already in the pool will continue to drain. New experience will not be added to your mind state. That is the objective. In this way you can safely go [[AFK]] without fear of being in violation of {{PRel|DragonRealms Policy|policy}} (as it strictly relates to experience).

Gaining new experience from a pool while AFK is against policy.

The "secondary pool" will attempt to put field experience into the skill. If you are sleeping it will not. This is done to ensure you're not actively gaining experience while AFK.
