These are all unintentional artifacts of letting it linger during the day. As I've said many times before, that decision has warped player behavior in ways neither us or nor players like and will be going away.<br><br />

Bard {{PRel|Cyclic Spells|cyclic}} TM spells should not be the baseline. {{PRel|Abandoned Heart|ABAN}} and [[Starlight Sphere|SLS]] are the two spells in contention for "Most sickeningly over powered" in 3.0, with ABAN easily winning the crown for "most over budget". ({{PRel|Curse of the Wilds|COTW}} gets an honorable mention here as well).<br><br />
