|p=With the influx of new folks and the crowding of rats, we made a tweak to {{PRel|Sleazy Lout|lout}} spawn. There are now two distinct zones for spawns -- the path from the east gate to the [[Moon Mage]] guild, and everything else. The spawn rate and number spawned were both increased.<br><br />
