Yes, taking animal parts and making them into arrows will be handled entirely by a fletching branch of the {{PRel|Shaping discipline|Shaping Discipline}}. For bolts and specialized ammo (naptha, acids, etc), you'll have a similar line in the {{PRel|Tinkering discipline|Tinkering Discipline}}.
