|p=Well, I would say that training 6 weapons is excessive given the way combat and the experience system works vs what you intend to get out of it. In old exp 2.0 I would, as a Barbarian, train 4 weapons (1 skillset) at a time. 2HE, HE, ME and LE were all at about 350 ranks, and the blunts were at 250 ranks, so I'd alternate hunting spots and armor setups and whatnot. I'd spend about an hour in each place to get everything ML up and moving before swapping.

The difference is with new exp you longer need everything at ML to be training efficiently. You drain the same at 2/34 or 34/34... so folks have it MUCH eaiser today, and it leaves a lot more room for roleplaying - if you choose to do so. This thought is also reinforced by the fact skills train faster now, than in old exp.

If we made everything train twice as fast you'd just go training up 12 weapons, and still have no time for roleplaying :P That's my impression at least.
