All body parts have the same cap imposed. I'm also not sure it makes too much sense to have a blow to the head damaging your right hand. However, if we fix the damage generation model, then the damage reduction granted by [[post relates to::Stamina (stat)|stamina]] should remove the need for this as higher stamina will help absorb greater amounts of damage, thus reducing the damage inflicted to a particular location. Right now this seems irrelevant because again the numbers can quickly get too far out of line at the higher levels.<br />
