Much the same as any angry letter written in a big bureaucracy by someone of middling influence - Not much beyond a brief topic of discussion that was quickly forgotten by most.

Tiv has made no public statement about it. He's not a horrifically political Guildleader, so it's possible he actually has no comment.

Mortom has also made no public comment, but that's more likely that he's playing politics. As noted at the start of this thread Tozu is sort of caught in between Mortom and {{PRel|Taramaine}} who have had some unfortunately public arguments.
