Yeah, most crafting actions allow you to increase the quality somewhat of the finished product beyond that of the ingredients (if you have sufficient skill/tools that is).  I&amp;#039;ll have to ponder if I favor this approach for arrow components.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
