Meaning if I want to maximize appraisal training, I should choose a high skill.&#039;&#039;&lt;br&gt;<br /> &lt;br&gt;<br /> Well, you won&#039;t get the up-front chunk more often because the duration is solely based on appraisal skill, not the difference in skills like the research time and chunk size is.
