With a tremendous crackle and a burst of light, something flattens a building right behind you. As it topples, you turn around in time to catch its blast wave of cinder and soot in the face. You blink and paw at your seared eyes, and everything shifts back to normal.

			"This one is growing strong," he says. "The bees love it too."

			The woman smiles, and tilts her face to the warm sun. The man continues tending to the garden, and after a moment slowly rises, wincing a bit in his old age, and approaches the woman, handing her a brilliant blossom. She accepts it graciously, and hand in hand, they leave the garden. The vision fades.

Pulsating as it descends with a purple glimmer flickering at its center, the blob hovers above you for a moment, pulling itself tighter and tighter before silently exploding outward with a flurry of shadowy particles.

Something brushes against your leg and you feel a flash of pain as your leg convulses, your calves clenching a long moment before slowly relaxing.
