	The Tavern at Chelsea first opened its doors on the 193rd day of Uthmor, 385 to a fantastic (and diverse) crowd. The opening events included the ''Celebration of Elanthia Concert'', which featured performances by representatives from each of the five Elanthian provinces, as well as a special drink-draw by which a collection of prizes were given away to lucky attendees.
