You see Champion Councilor Malachias Wheelwright, Horse Whisperer of the Order of the Apostles, an Elothean.
 
He has a square-jawed face, slightly pointed ears, tilted almond-shaped leaf-green eyes and an aquiline nose. His silver-streaked black hair is very long and thick, and is worn pulled back in a multitude of beaded braids. He has weathered skin and an athletic build.
 
He is a bit over average height for an Elothean. 
A dragon-blood ruby adorned with an intaglio rearing yeehar nestles at the top of his forehead, brightened by faint, darting sparkles deep within the gem.
He is in his prime. 
He has a tattoo of a black stallion galloping across a grassy plain. The horse's head faces up his left arm as it runs along the vividly detailed landscape encircling his entire forearm in a sheath pattern. Unshod hooves kick up a dust cloud that trails behind the horse and flows downward. Carefully inked hairs forming the horse's mane flow across the upper portion of his bicep. The horse's tail trails behind it, almost covering the phrase "Horse Whisperer" formed in the dust surrounding the tattoo ending on his left wrist.
 
He is wearing a horse-like mask with leather tipped ears at the top, some sorrel horsehair braid covers adorned with tiny animal bones, a set of resplendently carved wild horse jasper combs, a dark steel earcuff hung with an arrowhead-shaped scarlet jade, a malevolent black szeldite caged within an intricate mistglass earring, a thorn-shaped nose spike with a ruby point, a deep sable and amber necklace with a rearing wild horse jasper pendant, a black bandana embroidered with coins and horses, a forest-green highwayman's cloak clasped at the neck with a wild horse jasper, a ceremonial pauldron etched with a white shield overlaying crossed longswords, an ornate platinum brooch set with an orichalcum icosahedron, a square-linked decorative pocket-chain suspending a night diamond fob, a diminutive yellow-brown flower spider with a symmetrical pattern of white spots, a Rangers' Guild crest pin, a black stallion pin, a horseshoe pin set with brown topaz, a sturdy black war saddle with ornate silver stirrups, a sable and amber horse whisperer's grooming satchel crafted from Elothean silk, some hand-tooled horsehide saddle bags with silver lioness buckles, a sturdy horsehide rucksack with braided horsehair straps, a vivid sable and amber shirt of Elothean silk with a tall embroidered collar, a brown leather vest with gold buckles, some supple horsehide leathers riveted with tiny grey diamond horseshoes, a leather armband tooled with a wild horse jasper secured by braided horsehair, a braided horsehair arm quiver, some firecat claw elbow blades, a crescent horsehide shield, a leather wristcuff worked to resemble a miniature saddle, a polished steel wrist knife with a wickedly curved blade, some darkstone knuckles, some perfect storm-bull gloves, a blackened steel ring with knotwork etching surrounding a scorpion diamond, a wide animite stallion band tinted the luminous blue of moonlight, a slender smokewood anniversary ring inlaid with wild horse jasper, a gold and diamond horseshoe ring, a woven leather belt clasped with a brass buckle cast in the shape of a bucking horse, a shadow black viper-skin sword belt with fire-gilded buckles and fittings, a slim bronzed leather horsewhip, a small belt-worn sheath of sorrel horsehide, a gold-inlaid belt knife showing the image of a wild horse, a soft satin gem pouch emblazoned with a rearing stallion, some supple horsehide pants reinforced along the seams with elsralael teeth, a chestnut horsehide thigh bag with fringed leather drawstrings, some wolf tooth knee spikes, some knee-high leather riding boots with wild horse jasper spurs and a blackened steel parry stick with leather straps.
