Iuchlemeniel spent the majority of his youth in the Ilaya Taipa outskirts with his parents and siblings. Of common stock, his father made small profits as a small-time seafood merchant while his mother made it her business to keep their meager home and produce children.

== Personality ==
Not a maker or keeper of friends, Iuchlemeniel is a habitual underachiever, although he doesn't dwell on the fact. Most likely places to find him these days involve docks, riversides, and bridges, where he enjoys napping while pulling fishes from the water.

He can be engaged in '''intelligent''' conversation, but has no desire to engage or support drama of '''any''' stripe. Unfortunately, this has left him with few contemporaries. He seems to be all right with that, however - he and the fishes do just fine on their own.
