			Just tested the discipline bonus of "tilt", using concentration pool. It gave me +8.

			Also tested the strength/stamina bonus from "punish", using burden. It increased my stats a total of +16, so presumably that was +8/+8. So I feel reasonably confident saying the bonuses are all +8/+8.--[[User:Antendren\|Antendren]] 05:32, 24 June 2012 (UTC)
