Potency Crystal: 
Using a potency crystal will unlock the ability to have more uses (charges) before the small vial is empty and deletes itself. Only a single crystal can ever be used. Without using one, the most uses the small vial can have is 50, and infuser stones will not work. After using a potency crystal, infuser stones can be used to increase the uses remaining up to 1000. 
 
You can use a potency crystal to unlock the ability to use infuser stones to add more uses to the small vial. 
 
Infuser Stone: 
Infuser stones used on the small vial can add 100 uses per stone used. This can only be done after a potency crystal has unlocked infuser stone usage. 
 
You cannot use an infuser stone at this time. A potency crystal has not yet been used to unlock this feature. 
You can't tell anything else about a small vial composed of bubbled glass.
