	The sign is a tool for certain types of RP where a family or group wishes to leave a mark upon an area. NO ownership is conveyed by marking an area rather these types of items serve as a communication tool to inform others involved in the RP.

	The marker must be {{com\|RUB}}bed by the person with the last name to use. This is permanent, and cannot be changed. Only the owner may place/remove the marker.
