Laced around the middle is an assortment of miscellaneous objects such as shiny pebbles, dried rare herbs, preserved tropical flowers, small bones, and fangs. Near the opening, large bone grommets hold in place sharkskin straps that are reinforced with steelsilk threads. Hanging near the top is a small board with many crosses carved into it.<br />
