They were vaguely identified by childish pet names or physical characteristics, such as "blue hair", "jade stone eyes", "stormy eyes", "the scribe", etc. There are no organized attempts to identify these people, but it should be safe to assume that "blue hair" refers to the elven bard Issus, who has blue-streaked russet hair and is publically known to have supported the Adan'f activity.
