			This contest is composed of four rounds, of which the first is open to everyone!

After each round, a larger block of ice will be given to those who qualify, whereupon contestants are required to show off even more of their skill! In the final fourth round, 5 skillful candidates will be given a huge block of ice to work on. The winner will receive the honor of having their statue placed into the town hall of Crossing in a special magically cooled case, with their inscription on it.
			To advance to the next round, contestants must shape a superior ice sculpture,
			as determined by me, Beeg. After each round, a larger block of ice will be given
			to those who qualify, whereupon contestants are required to show off even more of their skill!
			In the final fourth round, 5 skillful candidates will be given a huge block of ice to work on.

Of those 200, only 50 will be allowed to advance to the third round, while only 5 will go on to the fourth. The contest will be based on a first come, first serve system.
