			These scrolls were presented at a meeting held in Leth Deriel at which [[Jastev]], [[Stormbright]], and [[Samathia]] spoke on behalf of Ralel and his efforts. [[Tyryan]], [[Salamae]], and [[Nikkara]] spoke on behalf of Haragil and the represented provinces. At the conclusion of the meeting, Haragil receives the scroll from the Mountain Court. At this point, Ralel and his followers scatter. Ralel is later murdered by [[Wildmann]]. After he is revived, Ralel and [[Kerilidail]] commence on "a long journey".

==Appearance==
You see Honorable Sir Haragil Nilso Special Envoy, an Elothean 
He has dark eyes, is bald, and has pale skin. 
He is fairly young for an Elothean. 
He is in good shape. 

He is wearing a brown leather rucksack, a pair of black calfskin hipboots, an
inlaid jade band, a gold heart-shaped amulet with a tiny diamond in the
center, a leather scroll pouch cinched with a bronze albatross, an ebony
skullcap crookedly circled with ornate gold braid, some azure trunk hose, a
finely-woven woolen doublet embroidered with a band of shimmering gold symbols
written in the ancient language of Ilithi on a deep black background and a
black full-length cape colorfully and intricately embroidered with a crouching
mountain lion.
