The empath NPC begins a non-combat task for Su Helmas called Seeds of Entropy in which the adventurer is taken by a guide into the catacombs below Su Helmas and then left to find their way deeper beneath Su Helmas, locate a Seed of Entropy and destroy it -- or in the case of an [[Empath]] adventurer, alter the Seed so that it will never hatch.
