			At a meeting in April 2009, the Flying Company’s Triage coordinator Szrael went over a few important notes regarding Triage.
	The Flying Company's Triage coordinator, Szrael, hosted a meeting on 4/12/09 in Zoluren to share ideas for Triage and Defense of the Province.
			*A coordinated and effective Triage might be the difference between success and failure.

			*Even if you cannot heal, raise or ward; you can still be an important part of the Triage effort. Bards are useful for singing enchantes and anyone can drag corpses.
	Szrael says, "As I'm sure many of you are aware, the threat of Lyras and her undead hordes has cast a dark shadow upon our people. Though we shall fight valiantly to protect our lands and homes, it is certain that many of us shall be slain as we resist Lyras' efforts to enslave us."
			*Personal preparedness: Know where the triage locations are, vault anything you aren’t prepared to lose, and get many favors from your God or Goddess.

			*Community preparedness: Stockpile herbs at the Triage cabinet in the Temple or the collection tent just inside the temple gates. Stockpile spare armor, shields and blessed weapons in the Cleric’s Guild donation chest or the collection tent.
	Szrael says, "In the days to come, therefore, a coordinated Triage effort will be of vital importance. Effective Triage, and support of our warriors upon the front lines, might be the difference between success and failure."

	Szrael says, "Even those among you who cannot heal, raise the dead, or ward the fallen can -- and must -- contribute to the Triage effort. Bards may sing songs, any magic user can drag with the aid of an invisibility runestone, and we must all know the locations of our triage points in order to effectively render aid to the fallen, and get them fighting on the front lines once again, driving back the scourge."

	Szrael says, "Points of importance: Triage! Personal preparedness! Community preparedness! I will save triage for last. These are just a few general words, after which we will discuss topics of community interest."

	Szrael says, "Personal preparedness: Vault anything you'd hate to lose. Expensive weapons, armor, heirlooms, and so on. Even if you -can- bear to lose it, remember also that in the days to come you might have to depart, and the fewer items you are wearing, the fewer you will have to retrieve from your grave."

	Szrael exclaims, "Remember too to get many favors with your god or goddess. It is impossible to know just what the future may bring, but it is best to prepare for the worst, while we hope for the best. Thus, do not assume that you'll be able to gain favor with your god as easily as you can now. The paths may be blocked by undead, or Lyras may target our holy places. Be prepared!"

	Szrael says, "Community preparedness: We must start stockpiling herbs, as well as blessed weapons, and spare shields and armor. There's a cabinet in the triage point in the temple which can be used to stockpile herbs, and the cleric guild donation chest is currently serving as an arms repository, as well as a collection tent just inside the temple gates that is ready to accept donations of herbs, blessed weapons, armor and ammunition."
