I picked up a number of '''large flawless diamond'''s from the Duskruin rat catch, and each had the exact same appraisal. I put them on the value table here, but they might be some sort of throwback to the old gem system? None of the appraisals had any luster, clarity, etc. and the value was exactly the same for all 5 I found.
