Recently we have realized that the capitalization rules are not and have not been followed for quite some time. Previous to this, editors would use whatever capitalization scheme desired, often resulting in a mishmash of styles.

We currently have an ongoing project to fix this, but it requires large amounts of manual effort, during which time many categories will look strange or lack some entries.
