	Author's Note: He said this at the '1st Annual Guild Leader Appreciation Day' held in Shard by the 'Gnomes of Shard', May 5th, 2001. He donated several items from his personal house and armory that displayed the image of a Viper. These items (except for one) were auctioned off that day. GM Draewin played Biddens, and was Gnome Champion during this time. I believe he was responsible for ~~the creation of~~ Tisk's ~~Wagon~~ ~~initially.~~ I ~~will~~ ~~try~~ ~~and~~ ~~confirm~~ ~~that~~ ~~with~~ a ~~GM.~~ GM ~~Draewin~~ ~~also~~ ~~began~~ ~~the~~ ~~construction~~ of the ~~ever~~ ~~elusive~~ ~~Gnome~~ ~~Village~~.
