			The roundtime for appraisal depends on ranks in the [[Appraisal skill]] and whether or not the QUICK/CAREFUL modifiers are chosen. With enough skill, QUICK can be reduced to 2 seconds, and CAREFUL or normal down to 4 seconds. This is achieved at some point under 1000 ranks, with more investigation needed to determine the minimum necessary and how it scales.
