			Exquisitely detailed, the tiny creature stands on its hind legs, with head tilted to one side and paws clasped together as if scheming. A mischievous expression graces its long-nosed face as it gazes upward, its beady blue eyes made of pure and polished sapphire. The shrew's tail is perked upright, as if waiting expectantly for something.

			The delicate silver of the buckles and the pale white silky feathers of the folded wings contrast sharply with the thin ebonwood heels. Ribbons of silk, only a shade darker than the rest of the boots, crisscross to lace up the backs, tied just under the knees. Dangling from the ribbons are small, golden crown charms.

			Simple, but well crafted, the leather boots are embossed carefully with an intricately detailed mountain range in hues of brown, and grey thread, the snow-white threaded peaks reaching up to curl around mid-calf. Set into the back of each slender heel is a small crown wrought from silver metallic thread.
