The East Pier serves to allow passengers to travel between the River Elf village of [[Ilaya Taipa]] and the island of [[Ain Ghazal]]. Transport between the two locations is achieved by use of a [[Highly Polished Skiff|skiff]] which offers to take passengers from one place to the other.

Attached to the East Pier is the [[Ain Ghazal Side Pier|Side Pier]] where [[Private Ships]] are allowed to dock.
