You study the tome and determine it is well-suited for holding sigil-scrolls. These scrolls can be PUT into the tome. The reader can TURN the tome to the CONTENTS and READ it to see a list of all sigil-scrolls inside. Alternatively, the reader can TURN the tome to a SIGIL type and READ only the pages of that type. The reader can then TURN the tome to a PAGE number and PULL the tome to remove the scroll, or READ and STUDY the tome to bring the sigil into his or her mind.
