==Appearance==
Shanador has pointed ears and silver eyes. His white hair is long and straight, and is worn in an artfully tousled style threaded with some strands of snow opals. He has tanned skin. 
He is mature. 
He has a narrow mustache and a thin beard styled into a sharp point. Suspended from the mustache and beard by wispy tendrils of glistening spidersilk are tiny onyx spiders displaying carmine hourglass markings on their night black abdomens.

After a long island hoping, mountain climbing, maze navigating journey to the island of [[M'Riss]] he found his way to the city of [[Mer'Kresh]] and eventually into [[Trintah's Herbal Remedies]]. Unfortunately, he was denied access to those items he sought. Apparently, they were not for sale to tourists. Not wishing to have traveled so far for so long for naught and having heard that M'Riss's citizens also had access to a more direct transport to and from the mainland (the [[Degan]]), Shanador promptly visited the town hall and registered as a citizen of M'Riss.

This leaf (chapter) allows a person to transfer [[Spell_scrolls|spell scrolls]] into it. One (1) spell scroll can be [[Spellbook#Scribe|scribed]] onto one (1) page. The Scrolls chapter contains a table of contents page and thirty (30) numbered pages. Scrolls cannot be scribed to the table of contents page. The table of contents page displays a page numbered list of all scroll spells scribed into the chapter (if any). The spellbook must be [[Spellbook#Open|open]] and [[Spellbook#Turn|turned]] to a blank, numbered page to scribe a scroll on. The scribed scroll is destroyed in the process. The page it is scribed to, functionally becomes the scroll scribed. The page can be [[Spellbook#Invoke|invoked]] to temporarily memorize the spell or [[Spellbook#Study|studied]] to permanently memorize the spell. Successfully<ref>Failing no longer blanks the page, reference: [[Post:Spellbooks and Signature scrolls - 06/22/2021 - 18:11]].</ref> doing either will return the page to a blank state, allowing a new scroll to be scribed to it.
