Somewhat resistant to brawling/impact damage. Teach higher than range, and not entirely resist to brawling but a lot of glancing hits at 368 ranks. Evasion (secondary): 487 25% engrossed
 
 
Great constructs to hunt, spawn at or slightly higher rate than the Onyx Gargoyles before them.

==Description==
Resembling nothing more than an ambulatory rubbish heap, the gigantic lachmate is covered in leaves and other trash. Small extensions of the ooze within form feelers that allow it to grab at its surroundings.

==Recall==
Reflecting on the gigantic lachmate, you remember hearing that these creatures got their name from the Dwarves, who called them "eaters of dirt". It is an apt description, as the lachmate prowls along the ground in search of anything edible. No one now remembers which ancient mage first created them as a trash disposal system, but they have long outlived their creator.

They are not known to cast any recognized spells.

They are known to carry loot in locked boxes.
