These [[Maker mark]]s are more {{sloot|i|complex steel stamp|complex designs}} to the basic version of the stamp. The function and use will remain the same as the basic marks. The basic guidelines for these designs are:
:* You must provide your own basic stamp. Work cannot be performed on someone else's stamp.
:* Design can be no more than 150 characters in length, and will be automatically prefixed with ''is the image of'' (not counted in character count limit).
:* This is an actual, physical marking. The design cannot be animated or magical, nor can it shimmer or shine. There is no guarantee of complete uniqueness — some elements may be shared with other stamps.

These designs are unique and were given during the following [[Alteration#Maker.27s_Marks|Alteration sessions]]:
* [[Halvon]] during [[Hollow Eve Festival 432]] (2019), [[Hollow Eve Festival 436]] (2020), [[Guildfest 438]] (2021) and [[Hollow Eve Festival 439]] (2021).

The stamps created during the alteration sessions will be a medium carbon steel base. With a Fun-day Friday release<ref>[[Post:Fun-Day Fridays - 8 - Complex Maker Mark instructions - 10/04/2024 - 12:17]]</ref> in October 2024, players who own one can obtain free instructions for making a new one with any base material by giving their custom stamp to an attendant in the Crossing Forging Society. The original stamp is not lost so these instructions may be obtained as many times as desired.

These [[Maker mark]]s were given during special events for use in the [[Forging (old)|old Forging]] system. Proud owners of the old stamps are able to get a duplicate made for the [[Forging|new system]] by {{tt|ORDER COMPLEX MARK}} from a mark vendor (in the Forging Society Halls). These stamps are usable in all of the systems, and should be duplicates of the old mark you had.
