Should probably remove the "likely changeable" comment.

I tried push pull poke turn yank prod nudge rub raise lower and nothing worked on the original backpack. I think this was made before those actions were implemented. If you go to https://www.play.net/dr/info/2001review.asp you can see a comment where they mention "Thryntyrlz BagMaker - New Bag Types: Changeable bags (adjust straps to change how they appear and where they are worn) and Puzzle bags (to open, you need to know the bag's individual secret combination)" - which makes me think they implemented changeable around the same time they implemented puzzle bags.

I think this tier list might be wrong. I've been doing it for a while and i think the tier list is:

Tier 1: red balloon
Tier 2: yellow balloon
Tier 3: green balloon
Tier 4: blue balloon
No Prize: black balloon

Although i've never hit a red or gold balloon

After selecting one of the less-worn darts, you take careful aim for a particular balloon. Ready at last, you let it fly!

...it hits a yellow balloon!
Roundtime: 5 sec.

Tier 2: yellow balloon
Tier 3: green balloon
Tier 4: blue balloon
No Prize: black balloon

Although i've never hit a gold balloon
