The shimmering ethereal shield fades from around a charred husk.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&#039;&#039;This was working as of 12/5/2017. There were reports of it working on various ranges of brawling, as low as 130.&#039;&#039;&lt;br /&gt;

The number of chokes required to kill the target varied, as well as the RT incurred to do so. Everything up to 1000 skill range required three chokes to break the neck with 8 seconds of RT. The arthelun cabalists were six choke attempts and also 8 seconds of RT. The Ice Archons were somewhere above that, but broke my choke too often to test well as they are at-level... they were also 15-16 seconds of hard RT which complicated the testing.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

In regards to PvP, this isn&#039;t able to kill, and the RT was at a hard 15 seconds, regardless of target&#039;s skill range. This skill did eat away Fatigue in massive swaths of 10-20%.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

They are not known to cast any recognized spells.&lt;br /&gt;

They are known to carry loot in locked boxes.&lt;br /&gt;

Empath with 75 Ref/Agi can hit these easily with 300&#039;s weapons and 400 mastery. Rarely if ever hit with 375+ in clown suit. Locking all armors quickly.&lt;br /&gt;

Hunting became viable as a ranger in a 4-armor setup with 60+7 reflex, 390+45 evasion, and ~340 in armor, shield usage, and parry ability.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Evasion (primary) slowed significantly at 430 ranks.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Survival Prime with 55 Agi/Ref, 575 Mastery able to hit easily with sub 300 weapons. Slows considerably post 350-375&lt;br /&gt;
30 boxes with disarm/pick quick will mindlock 500+&lt;br /&gt;
Full arrange mind locking @ 575 ranks&lt;br /&gt;
