|Prerequisites:||20th Circle, Raise Power|
|Valid Spell Target:||Other|
|Description:||The Lethargy spell, if cast successfully, drains the target's fatigue. The spell then keeps the target's fatigue at the reduced level until the spell expires. Note that this spell is not effective against the undead, and may anger them further.|
|Example Messaging:||You gesture at a wood troll.
Red tendrils shoot from your fingertips and arc towards a wood troll, wrapping themselves around its limbs.
A wood troll looks more lethargic.
- Creatures under the effect of Lethargy will show up as enervated when you assess combat: A wood troll (1: enervated and nimbly balanced) is facing a cougar (1) at melee range.
- The spell has offensive and defensive debuff side effects as well as one other unknown side effect.
Can be cast when shocked.
